What we built
Workforce AI (part of RecruitSmartly SkillReady) helps organisations understand how effectively their people work with AI, moving beyond checkbox surveys and self-reported proficiency.
It offers two complementary capabilities:
4D AI Fluency Assessments: Sandbox-based assessments that evaluate practical AI proficiency across four core dimensions: Delegation, Description, Discernment, and Diligence. Organisations gain insights into actual AI capabilities, strengths, and development areas, supported by real-time feedback.
Adaptive AI Interviews: Personalised AI-powered interviews tailored to employees' roles, experience, projects, and technology stack, helping them prepare for client-facing technical interview rounds with greater confidence.
Outcome
A practical team AI-readiness profile that shows where people are confident and where capability needs to grow. It can be adopted for a team or adapted to your roles and skill frameworks.
