Meghan Gallagher launched her support operations consultancy helping Series A–C SaaS startups turn customer feedback into actionable product improvements. She booked a Half Design Day to get two essential templates done: a proposal deck and a quarterly business review (QBR) deck.
Brief
Meghan already had the content for both decks written out. She needed them designed as reusable templates she could adapt for each client engagement. The decks needed to feel professional, data-forward, and aligned with her brand — which she'd already built using a Framer template I created.
Solution
In a half day I designed both deck templates with a focus on clarity and visual impact:
Proposal deck — Clean, structured slides that walk potential clients through her services, process, and pricing. Easy to customize per prospect.
Quarterly Business Review deck — Data-heavy template with custom graphics and charts for presenting insights back to clients. Meghan particularly loved the screens with the graphics — they make complex support data feel digestible and visually compelling.
Both templates are fully editable so she can swap content for each new client without touching the design.

Impact
Meghan now has two polished, on-brand templates she can reuse across every client engagement — no designer needed for each new proposal or review. She also uses a Framer website template I designed for her consultancy site.
