Riviera: chauffeur booking platform

We designed and built a full system for a chauffeur service in Santa Barbara, CA. It has three parts: a rider booking app, a chauffeur app and the owner's dispatch console.

Riders see fixed route prices (for example Santa Barbara to LAX) before they book. They pick a black sedan or SUV, set ride preferences, and add flight details so the chauffeur can follow the flight. 30 minutes before pickup they get a chauffeur card. In-app call and chat keep both phone numbers private.

Chauffeurs see their upcoming reservations with a countdown and can start navigation with one tap.

The owner gives each ride to the company's own fleet or to a partner carrier. The console shows the commission and the carrier's share before the owner confirms. The apps work in English, Russian and Spanish.

Status: pre-launch. The screens show test bookings only, with no real customer data.
