Project Overview

As a Senior Product Designer, created "Peacock," a flexible design system that powers Enviso, Gantner’s all-in-one ticketing and booking management platform. Built to unify Gantner’s brand and enhance the design efficiency across Enviso’s sub-products, Peacock has become the backbone for consistent and streamlined user experiences across 5-10+ B2B and B2C platforms. These include high-traffic resellers like Viator, Tiqets, Tripadvisor & GetYourGuide, as well as prominent venues like the Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum, Anne Frank Museum, Ferrari World(Abu Dhabi), and The Shard (London).

Outcome and Metrics

Peacock’s implementation has led to significant improvements in both branding consistency and operational efficiency, with measurable impact across the following areas:
Efficiency in Design and Development
50% Faster Prototyping and Design Cycles: Standardized components and design tokens enable designers to create interfaces faster, reducing design iteration times by 50%.
30% Increase in Development Speed: Developers can implement pre-defined components directly, accelerating development timelines by 30%.
User Engagement and Conversions
25% Increase in Ticket Sales Conversions: By providing a more intuitive, consistent user experience across B2C platforms, Peacock contributed to a 25% rise in ticket conversions.
Brand Consistency and Flexibility
Customer Satisfaction Boosts: Venue partners report increased satisfaction due to Peacock’s balance of unified branding and customization, reflected in higher retention and positive client feedback.
Accessibility and Performance Gains
WCAG 2.1 Level AA Accessibility Compliance: Peacock’s focus on accessible design resulted in improved usability for all users, helping meet Enviso’s goal of inclusivity.

The Challenge

In creating Peacock, we aimed to resolve several key challenges:
Scalability Across Diverse Use Cases Enviso’s platform supports a broad user base, including B2B resellers and various B2C venue-specific interfaces. Each user base required tailored interaction flows that could scale and adapt to high demand. Peacock needed to balance B2B priorities (complex ticket management, integration with third-party resellers) with streamlined, intuitive B2C user experiences.
Consistency Across Global Brands While Gantner’s clients operate under different brand identities, they share a need for a consistent look and feel across various digital touchpoints. Ensuring visual coherence without compromising unique brand elements was a central design challenge, given the array of partner-specific branding.
Optimizing Workflow for Design and Development Teams With numerous products being developed and maintained, efficiency in design and development was crucial. Prior to Peacock, designers and developers often worked in silos, leading to redundant work, design inconsistencies, and increased production times. The goal was to streamline workflows and centralize documentation to boost productivity and cross-functional collaboration.
Performance and Accessibility Given the global user base, Peacock also needed to ensure seamless performance and accessible design standards, adapting easily across devices and regions with varying bandwidth capabilities. This meant creating a system that was both lightweight and responsive, adhering to WCAG standards.
