Designed considering: Internal component layout - Battery access -Assembly feasibility
One of the main challenges was organizing internal components (PCB, battery pack, and interface elements) within a compact cylindrical enclosure while maintaining accessibility and clean assembly logic.
This was solved by separating functional zones and introducing a threaded rear cap system for easy maintenance and battery replacement.
