Arabic Real Estate | Premium Property Promo Reel
Julia R
Overview
Created a short-form property video designed to feel more like a premium campaign than a traditional real estate walkthrough.
Built the narrative around the presenter while letting the property visuals provide proof of each key selling point.
Combined interiors, exteriors, aerial footage, and typography into one continuous visual story.
Balanced luxury presentation with social-first pacing to keep the reel informative without feeling slow.
Challenges
Turn a conventional property presentation into content capable of holding attention on social media.
Maintain a premium visual identity while keeping the edit energetic.
Work naturally with Arabic-language presenter content and typography.
Communicate multiple selling points quickly without overcrowding the screen.
Make footage from different perspectives feel like parts of the same property story.
