Core Features:
Real-time Trend Detection & Dashboards — Track rising ingredients, dishes, and formats across social, restaurant menus, and home recipes.
TasteGPT / Conversational Insights — Ask an AI (TasteGPT) targeted food-and-beverage questions to generate ideas, validate concepts, and produce briefs for product and marketing teams.
GenAI Workflows & Branded Mockups — Generate concept mockups, campaign ideas, and execution-ready assets directly from insights to speed time-to-market.
Food Surveys & Custom Research — Run scalable, AI-assisted surveys to measure intent and validate product claims with actionable outputs.
Foodservice & Retail Use Cases — Tools tailored for menu innovation, shelf strategy, promotional planning, and sales enablement across retail and foodservice channels.
My Contributions:
Implemented data-driven dashboards and interactive visualizations that surface actionable food trends for internal product teams and external clients.
Built conversational AI integrations (TasteGPT) to let product managers and chefs query trend data conversationally and generate concept briefs.
Developed branded mockup workflows that convert insights into sales-and-marketing assets for quick execution.
Integrated trend APIs with internal tooling to automate SKU prioritization, promotional timing, and menu innovation pipelines.
Challenges & Solutions:
Huge, noisy data sources — Tastewise ingests social posts, menus, and recipes at scale. Solution: layered data cleaning, entity resolution (ingredients/dishes), and signal scoring to prioritize meaningful trends.
Translating insight into action — Brands need executable items, not just charts. Solution: built GenAI workflows and template-driven mockups that convert insights into ready-to-run campaigns and product specs.
Cross-team adoption — Different stakeholders need different views (R&D, marketing, sales). Solution: role-focused dashboards and exportable, presentation-ready artifacts so each team gets tailored outputs.
