There’s an invaluable jewel in everyone that serves as a pointer to their true identity.
Those who are diligent enough to discover, find and know it will recognize their true identity. Such people will live their lives carefully and in accordance to who they really are. Their lives will be tailored to suit such identity.
Those who aren’t patient and diligent enough to discover their jewel will fall for anything, get involved in whatever and be unaware of their true identity. Such people are involved in ‘identity-abuse’ because they are busy impersonating the wrong personality not their own (which is embedded in their identity).
The dominant thoughts in a man’s mind is an indication of his person. A man who knows his identity well enough, determines the caliber of thoughts allowed/disallowed to pervade his mind.
When a prostitute discovers he/she is an inestimable jewel, such person would cease being a prostitute.
When a lawyer discovers he/she is originally a producer in a studio not an advocate in a court, identities will shift.
When a bank-cashier discovers he/she has a genius for singing, the switch from the banking hall to an opera hall will happen in a matter of time.
When a washer man discovers his true identity as a politician, only time will tell.
When a janitor realizes his true identity as a social entrepreneur and innovator, there will be a career shift in no time.
When a street tout discovers that he’s got bodily features of a bouncer, he’ll be scarce on the streets in no time.
When a reasonable talkative realizes his/her genius for easily engaging the attentiveness of people, a respectable public speaker emerges.
When an itinerary trader stumbles into a professional photographer who knows she’s got a model’s physique, then there will be an identity shift — a model is born.
She was always a model by default but she never made the discovery nor did anyone around her; not until the inexplicable and unbelievable happened with the professional photographer she met.
Lots of people on the face of the earth are under the influence of Identity-abuse because they are yet to make the golden discovery of their real identity.
Until such discovery is made, they will continue to parade themselves as who they are not. It’s very important for us to be mindful of the caliber of supposed friends around us — do they see the potential(s) in us?
Do they push us beyond our limits in order to become better versions of ourselves?
Do they consistently encourage, motivate and influence us positively for the betterment of our lives? If we have such people around us, they will help us know and see the jewel embedded in our DNA.
It behoves everyone to make an early discovery of their true identity. Parents are also encouraged to help their kids discover their innate potentials within the formative years of 0 — 7 and also see to it that such talent/gift is well honed (alongside their educational pursuit).
An early discovery of a child’s innate potentials will help reduce the number of people under the influence of identity-abuse in the world.
