A client needed an AI animation system that could generate videos while maintaining character consistency across frames. The core problem: most AI video tools produce characters that shift appearance between shots, making them unusable for storytelling or branding.

An end-to-end AI animation pipeline using OpenAI, Kling AI, and Google Labs that takes a reference character image and generates consistent, animated video sequences. The system handles:

Character locking: Maintains facial features, proportions, and style across every generated frame

Scene composition: Supports multiple environments while keeping the character visually stable

Batch generation: Produces multiple video clips in sequence for longer narratives

OpenAI (image understanding & prompting), Kling AI (video generation), Google Labs (experimental animation models)

A working AI animation tool that produces character-consistent video content, now used for pet animation content creation. The system reduced manual animation time by eliminating frame-by-frame character correction.
