BlockFlow — AI-powered software for UK block managers.

BlockFlow is management software I designed and built end-to-end for UK residential block managers. Beyond the core admin (service charges, arrears, contractor invoices), it adds automation the incumbents don't have: it chases contractors for quotes and escalates by SMS after 48h, and an AI voice agent answers out-of-hours emergency calls — deciding whether it's a real emergency, raising the ticket and alerting the on-call contractor automatically.

Built solo: Next.js, Supabase (multi-tenant with row-level security), Claude for triage, and a Vapi voice agent. Live in production.
