A Brand new web campaign to champion to bring a fresh look and feel to the Hastings digital platform. Using a striking dark theme and a modern approach to their older dated website, the new website formed a stylish and energetic platform for hastings to move to the next step with their digital customer experience.
The user journey went through hundreds of screens and countless corners for customers to visit. there were multiple entry points with design flows for new quote, existing customers and customizing quotes. it meant we had to design for multiple information styles, tables and questionnaires.
