Created content that gave a compelling story, evoked emotions and aligned with the mission. Create a social media content calendar to plan and schedule your posts. This ensured that the social media accounts were constantly being updated with fresh and engaging content. Engaged with followers. Respond to comments and questions, encourage interaction, and stay consistent with the posting schedule. Share stories and testimonials. This helps to humanize the organization and connect with the audience on a personal level. Add donation CTAs. Made it easy for followers to donate to the cause. Research keyword hashtags. This helps to increase reach and make content more discoverable. Monitor the nonprofit’s social media presence and performance. Use insights to refine strategy and improve content.
