Construct Hub Pro: Daily Field Reports That Write Themselves

Built for a commercial truss installer. The crew answers on the phone as the day happens, the report assembles itself, the office reviews and signs it, and the customer gets a clean PDF. The web app is live with the client's real data; the iPhone app is in testing.

The problem

Daily reports were written at the end of a long day, from memory, on paper or in a group text. The office chased crews for missing pages, retyped them, and had no proof when a customer disputed a delay or a damaged delivery.

What we built

A native iPhone app for the crew and the office, an AI assistant that turns what a crew says into the report, a report compiler with quality checks, signatures and PDFs, and the brand, sales deck and website around it.

What it does

The crew answers on a phone as the day happens, in English or Spanish, with gloves on and in bright sun.

A crew member says what happened and Bob, the AI assistant, files it as a delay, a delivery or a damage.

Photos, video, audio and signatures on anything a crew records, not just the report.

Every answer is saved on the phone and sent when the signal comes back.

The site supervisor signs on the phone, and the PDF goes to the customer on the schedule the office sets.

The phone confirms where the report was filed, and the weather is recorded with it.
