A SaaS website can present a set of challenges. For EmailPref, the main challenge was to visually convey the product's unique selling point. Visual cues were added to each section, including the hero. As soon as the user lands on the page, keywords in the H1 are highlighted with the brand's accent color. Immediately after, the user reads a sentence about the product, followed by social proof data to build trust. Since SaaS is constantly evolving, we integrated Hotjar, a behavior analytics tool, to understand user interactions with the site. This allows us to analyze user flow, rage clicks, and heatmaps to understand the user experience. We then translate these findings into development iterations to make adjustments based on the relevant insights.
