Dhora – Event Planning SaaS

Dhora is a SaaS product that helps event planners manage everything in one place—sign documents, send invoices, collect payments, discover vendors, and host video calls. As a freelance UI/UX designer, I collaborated with the founder to revamp the entire platform, starting with a design system, followed by a homepage redesign, and finally the full app interface (desktop and mobile).

To create a branded, consistent, and scalable UI based on an existing design kit while ensuring the new experience feels modern, intuitive, and polished for both web and mobile users.

Expanding an existing design kit (Documenso + Shadcn) to match the client's branding and color palette

Designing with auto-layouts and scalable components for easy development handoff

Creating responsive designs for both desktop and mobile, while keeping feature parity

Supporting both light and dark mode, with consistent visual language

Designing product flows for document templates, contracts, invoicing, bookings, and more

Successfully delivered a fully responsive, dark/light mode-compatible UI for both marketing and product sides of the platform. Client feedback was highly positive, noting the ease of handoff and visual consistency. The platform now reflects a professional, cohesive, and scalable interface, aligned with the brand and built for modern web standards.
