La La Land Poster Redesign

This is 1/5 poster concepts I made for one of my favorite movies: La La Land. I felt that the original posters didn't capture the essence of what the movie conveyed. This redesign is inspired by Blue Note Jazz album covers, specifically that of Freddie Hubbard's, Hub-Tones (1962). Not only does this touch on themes of jazz, but also encapsulates the other main characters' ambition to become an actress.
