Designing an electronic hookah involved conceptualization, 3D modeling, and operational outlining. I crafted a sleek model integrating electronic components, ensuring scalability for injection molding. An app was also developed alongside the electronic hookah offering users customization options for their smoking experience while providing hookah shop owners with precise data on customer smoking habits. Operational principles were outlined for vapor generation and safety. The result is an innovative design poised to redefine the hookah experience.
Given the client's clear vision, we swiftly transitioned from initial sketches to a detailed 3D model. Rendered images and a simple exploded view animation were promptly created to visualize the design. The exploded view animation was a new challenge for me as I had never made an animation before. This rapid progression ensured alignment with the client's expectations while expediting the development process.
Following the creation of the 3D model and visualizations, we proceeded to generate technical drawings showcasing an overview of all the components. These drawings provided comprehensive insight into the intricacies of the design, facilitating clear communication between stakeholders and streamlining the transition to the manufacturing process.
