Spotless operates across B2B wholesale and retail, managing retailer onboarding, wholesale order processing, and cross-team operations. Manual workflows were slowing everything down: onboarding took days, orders stalled between departments, and the team spent more time on paperwork than growth.

I built intelligent AI agents and automated workflows that handle the repetitive 80% of operations automatically, while keeping humans in the loop for the 20% that requires judgment. The system covers retailer onboarding end-to-end and streamlines wholesale order processing across sales, warehouse, and finance.

I designed and built the entire automation layer: mapping existing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, building the AI agents, and integrating everything with Jira for visibility. The core challenge was finding the right split between AI-handled tasks and human-judgment tasks so the system actually gets trusted and used.
