Worked on Cleo's core experience: chat 💬. Tasked with the goal of redesigning the chat interface to make it more engaging. The end result was a rich-media chat experience that made users smile, laugh, and relate to their finances in a new way.

I was also the sole designer working on creating internal tooling to allow writers to write the Cleo experience. I redesigned an admin interface to allow chat flows to be written and connected, working with the writers to identify 30+ friction points then proceeded to redesign and build a new tool by working closely with 3 developers.
