Project overview: Normie AI is a digital product designed to help users complete daily tasks faster using smart predictions and a human-centered interface.
Problem: Many AI tools feel complex and unfriendly for everyday users. Normie AI’s goal was to make advanced assistance accessible without technical friction.
Research & insights: User interviews and usability reviews highlighted confusion around setup flows and feature discovery, prompting a focus on clarity and guidance.
Approach:
Defined user personas and key scenarios
Prioritized a clean dashboard and progressive onboarding
Designed interactive prototypes and tested layouts iteratively
Outcome: A streamlined UI that balances simplicity with powerful AI features, improving navigation and user engagement.
For the Normie platform created through Super Agency, I led the UI/UX design to craft a cohesive and modern SaaS experience tailored to complex user needs. The objective was to simplify key workflows and present multi-layered data in a way that supports clarity, efficiency, and confidence across both novice and experienced users. Throughout the process, the focus remained on establishing a strong information hierarchy, reducing cognitive strain, and enabling users to complete tasks with minimal friction. The design approach prioritized modularity and scalability, ensuring that core interface elements could be reused and adapted as the product evolves. Interactive states, layout structures, and component behavior were thoughtfully developed to support consistent usability patterns across the platform. High-contrast typography, intentional spacing, and visual cues were employed to guide users’ attention without overwhelming their cognitive load
