Driving Brand Growth

In addition to my core responsibilities as an executive assistant, I was tasked with boosting the online presence of a cosmetics company. This involved identifying and collaborating with influencers who aligned with the company's values and target audience.

To achieve this, and despite not having any previous relevant experience, I took a proactive approach that involved:

Researching and identifying influencers whose audience and values aligned with the company's brand.  

Creating a system, including crafting personalized outreach messages, to effectively and efficiently connect with influencers.  

Working closely with influencers to create high-quality, genuine content that resonated with the target audience.

This campaign led to:

Increased brand exposure and organic reach from more than 50 review videos we received.

Stronger brand credibility through authentic influencer endorsements and genuine product experiences.

This demonstrated my ability to go beyond traditional executive assistant duties and contribute to the company's marketing and branding efforts. I'm proud of the role I played in enhancing their online presence and building stronger customer connections.
