One of my most rewarding experiences as a professional was supporting the COO of an e-commerce brand in a variety of ways, from coordinating strategic initiatives and managing workflows to handling administrative duties and facilitating communication across departments. As his right-hand person, I learned to anticipate the company's needs and take ownership of important projects.

My key responsibilities and contributions included:

Researching and implementing a new CRM system

Developing and delivering SOPs and training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge in the most efficient way possible
