Challenge:
In my role as a Virtual Executive Assistant, on top of providing assistance to the CEO, I was given the responsibility of contributing to the improvement of the company's online market position.
Approach:
In response, I conducted a holistic approach, guided by research and proactive communication:
1. Research and Identification: Initiated research to pinpoint obstacles, and decided that collaborating with individuals aligned with the company's values was the best way to go.
2. Engagement and Relationship Building: Crafted personalized outreach messages, encouraging genuine connections to establish rapport and facilitate collaboration.
3. Content Engagement and Authenticity Elevation: Facilitated a dynamic content collaboration process, enhancing user-generated content to resonate authentically with the brand and engage the target audience.
