Catering service in need of content for their social media page. This client offered catering services online and wanted to promote their services on Instagram. My marketing approach to their content was to focus on what made Crave Caterers unique from other catering services. The client wanted more content in the form of text, still images, and videos while still keeping her page interesting and engaging. I focused on the services they offered, their extensive menu, and the people behind Crave Caterers that made them successful and of course I used previous catering food images to give an overall picture of what a customer should expect when hiring Crave Caterers as their catering service. Aside from curing a perfect Instagram feed, I created stories to be 15 second long. I used Instagram stories as the perfect opportunity to place call to actions to potential customers. Linking their website, offering catering specials, and using stories as a more interactive tool, including polls, yes or no questions, like-it scales, and open questions to really engage with their social media community.
