I engineered a standardized 8-stage construction operations pipeline to map their complete business ecosystem: New Leads ➔ Estimating ➔ Proposal Sent ➔ Awaiting Decision ➔ Won ➔ Project Handoff ➔ Active Projects ➔ Complete To permanently stabilize their back-office data, I built four custom tracking fields to enforce consistency across every single record:

1. Project Type: Categorizes the exact type of construction work.

2. Priority: Establishes relative operational urgency across jobs.

3. Estimated Contract Value: Mandates real-time tracking of contract values as soon as metrics are established.

4. Responsible Role: Explicitly defines which internal team role owns the next actionable phase of work.
