I engineered and configured a comprehensive client onboarding system within Asana for a growing professional services firm. This project translates manual, ad-hoc business operations into a structured, trackable workspace that clarifies task accountability, enforces milestone sequencing, and streamlines the handoff into ongoing service delivery.

Without a standardized onboarding framework, internal staff relied heavily on loose emails, scattered reminders, and informal handoffs to collect client documentation and prepare internal records. This ad-hoc approach caused distinct gaps in task ownership, incomplete client intake information, unclear next actions, and highly inconsistent handoff procedures.
