Merit Systems web graphics | Rive Animation

Merit Systems is a Brooklyn-based startup building an incentive layer for open-source communities to help independent software teams coordinate, incentivize, and monetize their work without the constraints of traditional organizational structures. They recently announced $10m in funding and hired me for custom motion designs for their website landing page.

The idea was simple, merit systems were close to launch and needed high-end interactive animations to go on their landing page, blog posts. The graphic assets needed to be tastefully design and curated to match their brand personality and help translated their message everywhere.

My key Objective was to design and animate custom graphics for their website landing page. To do this, I had collaborated closely with the team -- interpreting rough sketches from their team, and iterating multiple ideas before finally settling on a select few which i then proceeded to animate
