Waspha – A Smart B2B & B2C Marketplace with Real-Time Bargaining

Waspha is an innovative eCommerce platform designed to serve both B2B and B2C segments through a multi-role ecosystem. The platform includes three mobile applications and a centralized admin panel that connect users, vendors, and delivery riders—all tied together with a standout feature: real-time price bargaining.

As the Project Manager and Quality Control Manager, I was responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of this complex platform—from product planning and stakeholder coordination to system testing and release management.

Coordinating the development of three separate mobile applications and a complex admin dashboard

Ensuring seamless order flow between buyers, sellers, and delivery riders

Maintaining high quality standards across platforms through continuous testing and QA

Managing development sprints, aligning remote cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery

Project Planning & Roadmapping: Defined milestones, sprint schedules, and prioritized feature releases.

Team Coordination: Worked closely with UI/UX designers, developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Quality Control: Created detailed test plans, conducted regression, integration, and functional testing across all modules.

Process Automation: Implemented test case management, API testing frameworks, and reporting pipelines.

Agile Delivery: Oversaw daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and progress tracking via Jira and Confluence.
