I led the complete project lifecycle of a mobile-first social media platform tailored for young athletes, coaches, and their parents. The system included two mobile apps (for coaches and players/parents) and a powerful admin dashboard—enabling session bookings, match coordination, social engagement, and AI-enhanced communication.

Our mission was to merge sports coaching with social media in a seamless, intuitive app environment.

Coaching Session Management: Coaches created sessions/matches; players and parents booked and received reminders.

TikTok-style Wall: A vertical feed where users posted edited match clips, training routines, and highlights.

Live Streaming: Players could stream their matches live to share with their network.

AI Coach Assistant (Chatbot): Coaches were equipped with an AI chatbot that learned their communication style and helped respond to players’ FAQs, schedule queries, and training-related questions—saving coaches time while enhancing player engagement.

Social Profiles: Verified, dynamic profiles for coaches, athletes, and guardians.

Admin Panel: Content moderation, session analytics, revenue insights, and user management.

Defined product scope and translated client vision into sprint-ready tasks.

Led agile ceremonies: planning, retros, reviews, and backlog grooming.

Collaborated with AI engineers to train and integrate the coach-focused chatbot.

Coordinated between design and development to ensure intuitive UX for all age groups.

Oversaw QA cycles, UAT sessions, and app store deployment.
