Welcome Package

About this project: This project involved the design of a welcome package for the HR team at Flightio in 2021. Developed within a fast-paced corporate environment, the goal was to create a system that could support rapid content production while maintaining visual consistency across various materials. The approach focused on building a modular pattern system inspired by travel elements and the brand’s organizational structure. A grid of square units formed the core visual language, allowing flexible combinations that could easily adapt to different use cases.

Each module could be mixed and matched to quickly generate new compositions for a range of topics and formats. The system extended beyond the welcome package, enabling the creation of scalable social media templates and other communication assets. Overall, the project highlights how a structured and flexible visual system can streamline design workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure a cohesive brand identity across multiple outputs.

The package included a notebook, box, T-shirt, and sticker set, all designed as part of a cohesive visual system.
