THE PROBLEM
Pargo, a delivery service in South Africa, aims to expand its services by creating a Point to Point (P2P) solution that utilises its network of pickup points for the C2C market.
THE OBJECTIVE
The objective is to enable individuals to send and receive parcels through Pargo's pickup points. A solid product design is needed to launch the MVP.
How will I go about understanding the user?
Conduct user research.
Analyze data from existing services.
Create user personas and empathy maps.
How will I know what problem to solve for them?
Use insights gained from user research.
Prioritize the biggest problem to solve.
Identify if user feedback is inline with business goals.
