Perfomed the duties of the program manager for 3.5 years on a $125mil DoD contract oversesing the work of 140 IT engineers and the spending of over $2mil annually.

Completed over 200 CDRLs to include monthly statues reports, cyber security compliance reports, product and asset support documents, and more.

Leads meetings with stakeolders and customers to evaluate the performance of the team and continuously improve the support that we provide.

Leads meetings with internal management team regarding the performance on the contract and deliverables required by the customer.

Drives process improvement evaluations and make recommendations to the internal team and customer to increase service delivery.
