My first contest was “Modern and Clean Website for an Educational Psychologist” for Get Psyched, an organization in the education and psychological support field. They serve three main audiences:
Families who need educational evaluations for their children
School psychologists seeking continuing education
School districts that contract support for their students and staff
The brief: create a website that’s clean, modern, and vibrant, with plenty of white space to ensure easy readability.
The result: I didn’t win, but I made it into the Top 6, which was a great achievement for my first try.
What made it even more exciting was that I completed the design in just four hours, as the contest was ending in six.
There’s definitely more I could have developed and refined, but it was a fun and valuable learning experience.
