The goal of this project was to design a subdivision in Yeni İskele, Cyprus, comprising over 60 distinct residential buildings. Each residential unit boasts its own yard and parking space, providing residents with ample privacy and convenience.

Situated near the Eastern Mediterranean Sea, the subdivision offers breathtaking views and is an ideal location for a vacation getaway. The proximity to the sea enhances the overall appeal of the development, making it an attractive destination for relaxation and rejuvenation.
