Context/Challenge

Cred targets India’s top 1% by admitting only users with a 700+ or Elite credit score, positioning itself as an exclusive platform to pay credit card bills, manage money, and handle routine payments. To stand out from other financial apps offering similar services, Cred heavily incentivizes users with creative rewards, gamified slot machines, and brand deals that make everyday financial actions feel engaging and rewarding
Cred fails to make the users feel incentivized used there service because of its Hicks law(Too many choices) and a vast library of random, unnecessary, graveyard of rewards, and it clearly reflects on their balance sheets as the company has never registered a profit after operating for 5+ years and being valued at 12 Billion and heavily institutionally funded
The Challenge: How do you make users really feel incentivized to pay and use Cred's financial services compared to all the other options in the market?

Solution

Create an incentive system that has data on what Cred's Elite users are looking to spend on and at exactly what time, allowing us to timely match partner brands and deals that convert immediately.
