We conducted extensive user research in India to understand the needs, motivations, and anxieties of potential crypto investors between 30-50 years old. Through empathy mapping, we uncovered a common desire for simplicity, clarity, security, and culturally relevant features. We developed three personas representing a 'Curious Investor,' an 'Experienced Trader,' and a 'Tech-Savvy Investor,' highlighting their unique goals, motivations, and pain points within the Indian context. Our research highlighted a key concern: a fear of losing money due to potential risks associated with cryptocurrency investments. Additionally, we found a strong desire for a user-friendly platform that simplifies the process of investing in crypto and unlocks attractive returns.
