Roadbook, a travel magazine in London needed a filmmaker in Nigeria to document some of the people they were profiling for a piece on Lagos artisans.

I was in charge of the entire filmmaking process from pre-production to post-production, managing a small team to create this documentary.

As the project lead my job was to ensure the execution of the following tasks

Artist interview: I came up with engaging questions that acted as prompts for her to speak deeply about her work. I also conducted the interview

Filming: I did a recce of the space the day before and lighting tests, on the day of the interview I filmed her with the help of a production assistant

Editing: Edited the film for website, youtube and portrait social media (instagram, tiktok, youtube shorts). 16X9 and 9x16 format Colour grading Sound correction Captioning
