✨ Hackathon Submission – @Spline x Contra ✨✨ Thrilled to share my submission for the Spline Hackathon, where I got the chance to blend storytelling, interactivity, and design into a single immersive experience using Spline’s real-time 3D tool. 🟢 Project: Monster Eyes – A Gaze That Follows You This animation is a mini-experience centered around a pair of glowing green eyes that stare and track your cursor’s every move, creating a playful, eerie atmosphere. Surrounding the eyes are tiny star-like elements (inspired by candy sprinkles ✨) that follow along gently with your movement. The moment you exit the page, these elements magically float back to their original positions — and when you return, they reawaken and start following you again! 🌌 The project explores: – Micro-interactions using cursor triggers and page visibility events – Custom shaders and lighting for dynamic eerie effects – Thoughtful animation for mood and suspense – Creating a smooth return-to-position logic when the user exits 💚 This wasn't just about looks – it was about creating a moment, a visual interaction that feels alive.
