Awakening Myself to Graduation and Beyond

Quiet and alone, I feared the outside world and struggled to find myself. “I am not smart, I am a failure, I am not good enough, I don’t matter, I am nothing,” repeated these words in my head, I didn’t see a bright future for myself. To say I am graduating from CSUN at 33, would be nothing short of an A-miracle. The odds were stacked against me, as I felt lost and worthless.
