design of the project is idiosyncratic and influenced by the local context. It
includes both residential and commercial areas and aims to create a communal
living experience with interactive gardens and an entertainment area. The
client wanted a design that combines geometric and organic lines, while also
being energy-efficient and allowing for optimal daylight and wind access. The
design incorporates private terraces and balconies, large windows, and uses
soft, lighter tones and wooden elements to create a warm and welcoming
atmosphere.
