Project brief:
Build a quiz page for an allergy clinic where users answer 12 symptom-based questions, receive a tailored result, and can submit their results through a form to get guidance or book a consultation.
Implementation highlights:
Webflow: page build, UI components, responsive layouts (mobile/tablet/desktop).
Quiz logic: step-by-step flow, input validation, scoring / mapping to result types, results screen rendering.
Lead capture: form setup with quiz results passed along so the clinic receives full context.
Custom code: enhanced interactivity and logic that’s difficult to achieve with Webflow alone.
Business value:
The quiz increases engagement and conversion by giving users immediate value (a personalized result) and a clear next step (submit results for a consultation).
