Lucra Arcade Times Square Billboard was created to translate the app's arcade gameplay, rewards system, and mobile-first experience into a large format outdoor motion piece.
I executed the videos end-to-end to create a billboard-safe spot that could read quickly in a high traffic environment while still feeling energetic, polished, and on brand
The final direction uses a neon arcade world, bold reward focused messaging, animated app visuals, and fast, readable typography to communicate the core value of Lucra Arcade.
