Improve the current revenue from current B2B customers.

Reduce reliance on wholesale marketplaces which charge 15%+ commissions.

Improve operations for new wholesale orders.

THE WORK

Identified B2B sales opportunities and built a dedicated wholesale website for all chocolate brands. This included:

Shopify account creation.

Shopify theme developement and customisation (including Metafield management).

Product upload and management.

Collection creation and management.

Customised B2B application flow with features to hide pricing and checkout to non-logged in and approved customers.

Integrated the website with the existing stock management system (Unleashed) for live inventory figures, automated order management and improved efficiency as previous orders taken would be done manually.

Offers creation for new customers to encourage first purchase.

SEO optimisation to capture chocolate wholesale related seaches.

Ongoing supports and theme updates.

CRM setup and execution (Klaviyo), including list management and optimisation, automations such as add to cart, and regular newsletters to promote new products, sales and other offers.

RESULTS

Over the first 12 months, this B2B website generated the same revenue as the established individual B2C websites. This also meant less reliance on marketplaces with their related fees, whilst also seeing savings in operational efficiency due to automations.
