Conducted a technical audit to ensure Shopify data is flowing correctly to and from Klaviyo.
Identified email marketing automation opportunities within Klaviyo, including suggestions to optimise current flows and new flows to add. Example: Utilising subscription messaging within flows for increase click through rates.
Re-designed email marketing newsletters to be more effective and in line with best practices.
Optimised the subscription list, identifying opportunities to contact new customers who were missing previously, and ways to cut down the subscriber list to reduce wasted spend.
Implemented the list clear up for the brand.
RESULT
Increased revenue generated by Klaviyo by 400%.
Klaviyo spend cut by a third, saving the business thousands per year, by clearing out wasted spend.
Improved return in investment - for every £1 spent on Klaviyo, the brand made £10.81 in revenue.
Identified 6 months worth of new subscribers who had opted in to receive marketing but not yet received any communications from the brand. Set up automated flows and list management rules to ensure this doesn't happen again.
