1. Challenge: Reducing friction in financial tasks Managing international transfers and utility payments can feel overwhelming, as users need clarity, speed, and trust at every step.

Designed clear, guided payment and transfer flows to reduce user confusion

Used strong visual hierarchy and clean layouts to simplify complex actions

Added subtle feedback and interaction cues to reassure users during transactions
