The complete application spans from machine learning and artificial intelligence with python, prompt engineering with Langchain, frontend development with Next.js, backend integration with Go, and infrastructure with Amazon web services. Additionally, Munin is also possesses a fully functional costumer service portal for both users and agents with a web socket system that scales.
