CloudTech Services is a leading technology company that powers a US-based insurance e-commerce platform handling over $20 million in transactions monthly. Specializing in the development and operation of robust platforms, CloudTech enables seamless online insurance sales, delivering innovative solutions to meet the dynamic needs of the insurance industry.
Objective
The primary objective was to design and implement AI-driven recommendation systems to enhance the operational efficiency of insurance reps on the CorEnroll platform. These systems aimed to streamline the process of identifying and suggesting the best insurance products for customers, considering state laws and specific requirements. By reducing the time spent searching for suitable plans, the project sought to maximize sales during the limited enrollment period, improve customer satisfaction through personalized recommendations, and drive long-term customer loyalty by ensuring the right products were consistently offered to the right customers.
Project Scope
Design and deploy tailored recommendation systems for top trending, similarity-based, and complementary products.
Develop scalable data pipelines and business intelligence tools for analytics.
Provide MLOps integration for seamless deployment and monitoring.
Solution
Implemented three recommendation models:
Top trending products by sales and state-specific insurance types.
Similarity-based recommendations for personalized customer needs.
Complementary product suggestions for cross-selling.
Built a robust data lake and streamlined data transformations.
Delivered low-latency models with advanced optimization techniques.
