The Gensyn Hot Seat Challenge is a high-stakes, game-show–style quiz experience designed to educate, engage, and reward the Gensyn community. Players progress through a 25-question difficulty ladder, earning SWARM points as they demonstrate increasing mastery of the Gensyn protocol, products, and ecosystem.
The experience blends learning with strategy through timed questions, limited lifelines, Safe Haven checkpoints, and the option to “walk away” with secured rewards. A single mistake can cost progress, creating meaningful tension and decision-making at every stage. Top performers can earn up to 1,000,000 SWARM points and achieve the elite Pioneer rank.
Beyond gameplay, the project functions as a scalable onboarding and retention tool, reinforcing protocol knowledge, community roles, and culture while driving repeat engagement and social sharing.
