Stork Flight School: The Hot Seat

Stork Flight School: The Hot Seat is a high-intensity, gamified knowledge experience designed to transform community education into an interactive, game-show–style challenge. Built to replace a traditional quiz, the project turns learning into a high-stakes moment where users must perform under pressure, make strategic decisions, and earn their place on the leaderboard.
Participants climb a 25-question ladder with escalating rewards, racing against the clock to secure up to 1,000,000 EGGs and achieve the elite Skymaster rank. With mechanics like timed questions, safe-haven checkpoints, limited lifelines, and the option to “walk away” with secured winnings, the experience balances risk, reward, and skill.
The project was designed to strengthen community engagement, reinforce brand identity, and make technical education memorable and shareable. By combining strong UX, game psychology, and social virality, The Hot Seat turns knowledge into status and learning into competition—cementing it as a core pillar of Stork’s community culture.
