About the Project

The project was to build a hiring process. The goal of the project was to hire a Tech VA (Virtual Assistant) with an easy, automated process with minimal work for the client and their team.

Our Process / What We Did

We meet to discuss the role and clarify the goal for hiring.
I provide the completed deliverables for the client to review.
Feedback is reviewed and implemented.
The finalized deliverables are ready for use!

Deliverables

Job Brief - To lay out the details of the hiring process, clarify the goal/ purpose of hiring, & propose tasks for a paid trial period to test out top candidates.
Job Description - A thorough & detailed explanation about the role, the expectations, who we are looking for, compensation & benefits, and about the company!
Application - A thorough application to assess experience, culture fit, and skill level. To include uploads for 3 samples & a CV, 8-10 “rank your comfort” questions, 3 long answer questions on experience, 3 long answer questions on soft skills, and 3-5 questions assessing work environment/ culture fit.
Interview Agenda - An outline with role-specific questions and space to take notes. Use this to use as an agenda and to take notes during the interview process.
